Kelly is Patrick's and Sharon's daughter who grew up in the industry watching both parents work in the Beltone network. In 2011, she graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa earning a degree in Communications Sciences and Disorders with a focus in hearing. In 2012, she became a licensed Florida Hearing Aid Specialist, HAS, and now operates the Lakeland office located directly off South Florida Avenue, one mile south of the Polk Parkway.

Kelly and her staff are very professional and friendly and seem to have the customers best interest at heart. Kelly was able to give me different options for my new hearing aids and save me over $1000. I was fit for them today and Kelly’s knowledge of the whole process was outstanding .
